Best Practices

The Arizona Newspapers Association in conjunction with industry leaders and legal professionals has developed a series of best practices on important and relevant topics for ANA members. These best practices should be taken as general guidelines and are not meant to replace legal counsel, whenever in doubt about legal issues please contact an appropriate legal professional. The ANA will strive to update this series as laws and policies change and as new information becomes available. View our full library of best practices here.
